The children, staff and governors of Crowcroft Park Primary School are seeking to appoint an exceptional and inspirational Headteacher to build on the significant achievements and positive learning ethos of our school. We are a diverse, one-form entry school located in Longsight, South Manchester, where every child is supported and encouraged to reach their full potential. The school is situated in a vibrant and diverse community and is supported by enthusiastic parents and carers who have high aspirations for their children and for the school.

They will lead our dedicated staff to further develop Crowcroft Park to an outstanding place of learning where children from all backgrounds can thrive and are empowered and where a love of learning will be a strong foundation for their future. This represents an exciting opportunity and challenge for an inspirational leader seeking to drive a school from good to outstanding.

We are looking for a Headteacher who:

  • Is able to work closely with parents and wider stakeholders, recognising the value of positioning the school at the heart of our community to enrich and improve the lives of our children and their families.
  • Is highly emotionally intelligent and cultivates strong personal values including empathy, integrity and respect for all.
