Long Stratton High School is an exceptional 11 – 16 Academy that has successfully undergone a journey of rapid improvement and now achieves excellent outcomes for its pupils, families and staff alike. We require an outstanding individual to recognise and build on current strengths while improving areas that are yet to be outstanding within a supportive and high performing MultiAcademy Trust. The Governors and Trustees are looking for someone to continue the development of the Academy in our journey to be recognised as Outstanding and provide an outstanding service for our young people. The successful candidate will work relentlessly to lead our community towards excellence.
