Lime Academy Watergall prides itself in working closely with families to ensure that the children receive the best education available to them both at school and at home.

Lime Academy Watergall has recently converted from a maintained community school to an academy with the Lime Trust. The Trust and the Academy Council are working together to make sure we appoint excellent leaders to take Lime Academy Watergall from Requiring Improvement to Good or Outstanding.

Our commitment to our staff is to seek out, grow and develop ambitious leaders, providing outstanding Continuous Professional Learning opportunities for all our staff. Strong leadership structures ensure that all staff are well supported whilst also setting clear expectations for all to follow. Lime Trust believes in building capacity and expertise from within, providing excellent opportunities to Trust schools through central resources and a school-to-school support programme.

The curriculum we offer aims to prepare and develop children’s academic, social and emotional skills, in order that they will achieve their potential in life. ‘Aiming High, Including All’ is our school strap that we fully believe in and expect all children, parents, staff and Governors to adhere to. Recent developments have seen us build on our partnership with Apple, with a clear vision developed to deliver one-to-one iPad in years 5 and 6, with shared iPad in years 1-4.

The Lime Academy Watergall team are looking to develop and increase the leadership capacity within the school to drive forward the school improvement targets and raise standards and aspirations of our children.
