The governors of St Mary’s CE wish to appoint an inspirational leader with the vision and skills to build upon the good and outstanding practice that is already in place, as recognised in our recent Ofsted inspection.
We aim to nurture, develop, challenge and support all who work and learn in our Christian community in order to inspire and motivate an atmosphere of excellence. In this we endeavour to develop partnerships between our school family, parents, Church and the wider community in order to build an excellent, forward thinking Christian school.
Our school is seeking a highly motivated head teacher who will:
demonstrate the passion and determination to put pupil’s development at the heart of everything they do
have the drive and enthusiasm to take the school forward and build on the established good practice
inspire and motivate our team who are aiming to be outstanding
continue to develop the existing strong partnerships between the school family, our school governing board and church and wider community
