Tweedmouth Prior Park First School is situated within the historic market town of Berwick upon Tweed.  This is located in North Northumberland close to the Scottish border.

The Governing Body of this successful and popular school seek to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Headteacher to lead and be part of the committed staff from 16 April 2018.

We need our Headteacher to have:

A clear vision for the future development of the school

A commitment to maintain the school’s caring, nurturing ethos

A passion for teaching and learning

A clear focus on the progress of every child

A leader who is approachable and will use and develop the strengths of staff and governors

An ability to engage parents/carers in their child’s education
