The Governing Board offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced and inspirational leader to continue the development of Goodyers End Primary School and take our highly motivated and skilled staff on the journey to outstanding.

Goodyers End Primary School is two form entry, with 376 children on roll. It is situated on the outskirts of Bedworth, with extensive grounds overlooking beautiful countryside. A Candidate Pack is available giving full details. 

Bedworth has outstanding transport links, being close to Junction 3 of the M6 and within easy reach of the A5.  Rail links have recently been improved with the opening of a station at the nearby Ricoh Arena.

The successful candidate will:

• Be an inspirational leader who can demonstrate evidence of whole school improvement.
• Be able to share their vision, empower staff and lead by example.
• Understand the importance of clear, concise communication with all stakeholders.
• Lead with integrity, drawing upon personal values to make decisions ethically and consistently.
