Headteacher

The Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and caring Headteacher who will continue to lead and inspire the next phase of our school’s development. We are looking for someone who can ensure that learning remains enjoyable and enriching for all and is fully underpinned by the Christian faith.

To be successful, you will:

• Have Headteacher, Deputy or Assistant Headteacher experience
• Have high expectations and standards
• Have the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Have proven successful leadership and management experience
• Have the ability to maintain and develop partnerships between children, staff, parents, Governors, Church, other local schools and the wider community
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have the enthusiasm and empathy required to be an outstanding leader
• Will actively support the values and ethos of our Church school
