Maiden Erlegh Trust wishes to appoint an exceptional headteacher to its lead school, Maiden Erlegh School (Earley), following the promotion of the substantive Headteacher to the role of Chief Executive of the Trust.
Maiden Erlegh School is a large,oversubscribed 11–18 all-ability school with high expectations and excellent examination results.You will be a strategic and collaborative leader with a clear vision to inspire our students as well as staff, parents and the local community.You will have the opportunity to contribute to wider system leadership across the Trust and our Teaching School Alliance.
