This is an outstanding opportunity for a leader with drive and passion to make a difference to the lives of young people. Woodfield Academy is going through a period of transition and will be joining Bordesley Multi Academy Trust in the coming months.

Our new Headteacher will be a professional who will be creative, strategic and will demonstrate innovative and effective leadership skills.

Your proactive and inclusive approach to developing best practice will empower our teaching staff to further develop themselves to ensure our children have the very best chance of success, both academically and in their future lives.

• Someone who can take strategy through to delivery with everyone on board.
