Values and vision

St Christopher’s School’s motto is: “Building a Future” and wants all students to benefit from a high quality and enriching education. The school works to focus on children as individuals and nurture their talents and skills in order to set them up for a successful and positive future. It wishes for all children to feel important and valued, while growing as self-disciplined, self motivated and responsible individuals. Community plays a core role at the school and it ensures that strong partnerships are formed among staff and parents, who are encouraged to attend an active PTA group to voice any concerns on the running of the school. The Wrexham school wants to ultimately bring home and school closer together so that each child’s development will be strengthened and nurtured at all times. Students are nurtured as confident, happy and determined individuals and are encouraged to develop a sense of responsibility for their surroundings so that they can in turn contribute positively to society as positive and active citizens. A wide range of extra-curricular activities are organised for students to get involved in and gain new experience outside the classroom and further their skills and overall development.

Estyn

“Most pupils make very good progress in achieving the agreed learning targets identified in their individual education plans (IEP). They take pride in their achievements, and recognise the progress they make.”
