We are seeking to recruit a Healthcare Assistant to assist in the domestic care and general welfare of pupils in respect of personal hygiene programmes and at meal times, using specialist equipment where necessary. Experience of working in schools would be desirable. You must have good interpersonal and communication skills and be able to manage your time effectively. Having the ability to maintain confidentially at all times is essential.
We are looking for someone with a passion for working in education and working with young people, dedicated to building a strong relationship with students with medical needs and providing the highest level of care and support. You must be a proactive individual with a warm and nurturing approach with students and be comfortable assisting with their personal care.
The successful candidates need to be extremely well organised, literate, numerate, IT literate and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
