Higher Level Teaching Assistant required for the Ryedale Federation.

We are keen to appoint a HLTA to enhance our support for pupils with additional needs in the areas of communication and interaction and also social, emotional and mental health across our Federation. The successful candidate would work as part of our dynamic learning support teams across all four schools led by the Federation SENCo. This role would involve working closely with pupils, parents and their teachers to maximise achievement and wellbeing.

Within the Ryedale Federation, which comprises of three primary schools and one secondary school, we are passionate about the education of our children, continuous professional development of all staff and a strong partnership with parents and the wider community. We are excited to be able to offer a dedicated and enthusiastic individual this unique opportunity to develop provision and support for students with additional needs across all key stages within our four different schools.

We would like to hear from energetic and innovative individuals who have recent experience of successfully supporting children and/or young people with communication, interaction and social, emotional and mental health needs.  We are committed to improving the educational experience for our learners and are looking for a colleague who can adapt readily to change, is self-motivated and can form strong relationships with staff, pupils and parents.
