Job overview

Help our children discover what’s at the end of the rainbow.

Take a look at our logo. It says more about Caldmore Primary Academy than words ever could. It says we’re diverse and harmonious. It says that we dare to dream. It says that we believe learning can make every child’s ambitions come alive and release their true potential.

We’ve just come under the umbrella of the Academy Transformation Trust, so we’re poised to make some big changes. We want you to help us make it happen. From Nursery to Year 6, we put innovation at the heart of everything we do and we love to teach children who love to learn. We’re proud of our recent Ofsted inspection, but we’re determined to do even better and become Outstanding.

You will support our classroom teachers to plan, manage and monitor the progress of students. We’re looking for someone who’ll take responsibility for a range of personalised learning, both with groups and with individual students. You will role model best practice to our wider team of teaching assistants, and ensure that our pupils are at the heart of everything we do.

Our ideal candidate will be someone that shares our beliefs. Someone who never stops dreaming of reaching higher and shows tenacity in achieving their lofty goals.

Please note that this role is term time only (39 weeks per year) and part time (32.5 hours).

If you’d like to visit the school and see what makes us so special, please email Amy Bills: abills@caldmore.attrust.org.uk
