White Lodge and Upper School

We are seeking five energetic, committed and positive individuals to join our Intensive Courses team during both Spring and Summer as House Parents. Reporting to the Lead House Parent and Pastoral and Wellbeing Coordinators, this role will encompass the day to day and overnight care and supervision of students during the Summer Intensive Courses. The successful candidate will be flexible, willing to go the extra mile and a real drive to want to make this the best experience it can be for the students.

The positions available are as follows:

White Lodge

Five House parents are required for the following dates:

House Parent 1: Spring Intensive Course Sunday 8 April- Saturday 14 April 2018
 Summer Intensive Course Sunday 8 July- Friday 3 August 2018   (5 weeks total)

House Parent 2: Spring Intensive Course Sunday 8 April- Saturday 14 April 2018
 Summer Intensive Course Sunday 8 July- Friday 3 August 2018   (5 weeks total)

House Parent 3: Spring Intensive Course Sunday 8 April- Saturday 14 April 2018
  Summer Intensive Course Sunday 22 July- Friday 3 August 2018    (3 weeks total)

House Parent 4: Spring Intensive Course Sunday 8 April- Saturday 14 April 2018
 Summer Intensive Course Sunday 22 July- Friday 3 August 2018   (3 weeks total)

House Parent 5: Spring Intensive Course Sunday 8 April- Saturday 14 April 2018 (there is the potential that this role could be a Day House Parent only)

Hours: All White Lodge House Parent positions are full time with set evenings/mornings off duty on a rota basis with one daytime period off per week, however flexibility is vital in this role. Additional induction/set up/clear up days will also be required in addition to the above.

Pay: £700 a week with accommodation included. 

Jebsen House

House Parent 1: Summer Intensive Course Sunday 8 July- Friday 3 August 2018 (4 weeks total)

Hours: full time with set evenings/mornings off duty on a rota basis with one daytime period off per two weeks, however flexibility is vital in this role. Additional induction/set up/clear up days will also be required in addition to the above.

Pay: £600 a week with accommodation included.

Our full-time students are based at White Lodge in Richmond Park and Upper School in Covent Garden. There are two additional boarding houses for Upper School students in Pimlico and Covent Garden. We also have offices on Bedford Street in Covent Garden. The School also operates in locations worldwide, including different Associate centres and venues for Primary Steps and Intensive Courses.
