Oswestry School seeks a Housemaster or Housemistress for one of its three boarding houses. The role is expected to be offered to a candidate who is able to join the teaching staff - no specific subject area is preferred. Formal boarding qualifications are not essential, but experience of a boarding environment will be expected.
For an informal discussion regarding the post, please contact Ms Sue Nancini, Deputy Head (Pastoral), on 01691 655711 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Other responsibilities could be considered in combination with this role: Head of Boarding and Assistant Head (co-curriculum). Please see the TES website for details.
Suitable family accommodation within one of the boarding houses is offered as part of this residential role. Generous fee discounts for staff children, as well as a medical support package and use of facilities, help emphasise that Oswestry School is a community which cares for its employees.
