An exciting opportunity has become available in the HR Central Team for an enthusiastic and driven Administration Assistant. This opportunity would be perfect for candidates looking to embark on a career in HR and get exposure to HR activities working closely with HR colleagues.

As the HR Administration Assistant you will provide a confidential, quality administrative service, including receiving and dealing with telephone calls and enquiries in a courteous manner, managing the HR email inbox, responding to routine enquiries with support from HR colleagues and provision of administrative tasks such as drafting letters, communications and minutes to a high standard with attention to detail.  

The ideal candidate will have generical clerical experience, gained whilst working within a busy environment, they will also need to have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be confident in their approach. 

We are seeking someone who is professional, and is committed to their own personal development, by undertaking and completing the CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice (Level 3) qualification.   

The Central HR Team is staffed by dedicated and professionally qualified people specialists; who provide support trust wide to Principals, Headteachers, senior leaders, managers and staff. We are committed to providing a high quality HR service, that supports the trust’s aspiration to provide a world-class education for all young people within our community.

The Accord Multi Academy Trust was established in September 2016 and is currently made up of four academies who were the founding members of the Trust.
