Giggleswick School is a co-educational day and boarding school situated in the stunning rural location of the Yorkshire Dales, within walking distance of the popular market town of Settle, and just over an hour from both Leeds and Manchester.
We are seeking a passionate, energetic and highly motivated HR Administrator to join our team. The main purpose of this role is to support the HR Manager in delivering of the school’s strategic aims and objectives and providing an outstanding HR Service to the school.
This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced HR Administrator or a recent HR graduate looking for their first role. You will provide support across all generalist HR processes including; delivering a first-class recruitment service, maintaining the Schools HR Databases and providing day to day advice and guidance to line managers and employees whilst supporting the HR Manager.
The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role previously and will understand HR processes. It is essential that you have strong IT skills and experience of the Microsoft Office suite. You will be a strong communicator, who can plan, prioritise and work with minimal supervision.
Hours of work: 25 hours per week Monday – Friday, Term Time plus 2 extra weeks (36 weeks)
Salary: Grade A.2 Points 5 – 9 £17,143 – £21,787, pro rata to £10,031 - £12,748 per annum (depending on experience).
Annual Leave: 5 days holiday pro rata
