Responsible to: CST Operations Manager
Hours and Actual Salary: 30hpw. Term Time (39 weeks) plus 8 days (£14,624 - £17,135) Permanent
Flexible working considered but must be a minimum of 4 days.
37.5hpw Term Time (39 weeks) plus 10 days (£18,280 - £21,419) would be considered for the right candidate.

CST are looking for a highly organised HR and Recruitment Administrator to play a key role working within the CST central team. The Trust is growing and developing significantly; the post holder will be crucial in providing a key support service to all Trust schools.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a successful, growing Trust, offering a varied and challenging role, requiring calm efficiency, an eye for detail and good humour, and the ability to build strong and positive relationships with all schools in the Trust.
You will have effective communication skills, with the ability to answer recruitment queries to all levels of staff. You will be self-motivated, able to work effectively and collaboratively with a variety of staff members across the Trust. and maintain confidentiality at all times.
During the pandemic the Central Team has been working remotely. All necessary office equipment is supplied by the Trust for home working.
The Trust Office has previously been on the site of Bristol Cathedral Choir School however, from mid September the Trust Office will relocate to Trinity Academy, Lockleaze. We will operate a flexible working approach to being in the office, which can be discussed at interview.
The successful candidate will be welcomed into a small, talented team who work closely together, supporting one another.
