The Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust (based in Nottingham) has a vacancy for a HR Assistant to join our HR team. From our Trust central office, based in Nottingham, we provide a professional, centralized HR service to a family of 21 schools – 4 secondary and 17 primary.
Applicants should have experience of working in a HR role in a busy and fast paced office. The role involves providing support across all areas of HR including supporting the recruitment process. You will also answering queries from schools on our HR helpdesk so will need excellent oral and written communication skills. Accuracy and attention to detail will be essential in all the elements of the role.
This post offers an excellent opportunity for the appointee to develop a career in HR. The Trust is committed to providing excellent CPD opportunities for all staff and the role will allow the person appointed both to gain experience in a wide range of HR duties and after the completion of a successful probationary period to be supported to undertake professional qualifications in HR.
