Dauntsey’s School would like to appoint an assured and positive individual, with appropriate experience and proven skills to be responsible for all aspects HR Administration.
Reporting to the Head of HR & Compliance, the HR Assistant is a key member of the HR team, providing vital administrative support and playing an important role in delivering an efficient and effective HR service for staff.
Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, accuracy, discretion, high levels of initiative, flexibility, the ability to multi task and work under pressure are all essential qualities for this role.
