The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) wish to appoint a HR Business Lead for Employee Relations
We are looking for an experienced HR Leader or with experience in Employee Relations. Someone who has drive, vision, and relentless pursuit of excellence. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with people across all levels to deliver a professional and timely service in relation to Employee Relations and other HR issues whilst supporting the vision and ethos of the Trust.
The successful candidate will have:
- a successful track record of managing complex employee relations cases in a unionised environment
- a recognised HR qualification, ideally CIPD, or qualified by experience;
- highly developed communication skills, diplomacy and tact;
- a comprehensive understanding of HR legislation within the education sector.
