This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join the HR team within a dynamic and innovative Multi-Academy Trust.
You must have excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of effective relationship management based on trust and integrity, as you will be working closely with Senior Leaders and Principals/Head Teachers.
As the HR Business Partner you will provide highly effective commercial advice and support to our academies. You will be responsible for delivering our People Strategy as well as supporting academies on operational delivery of recruitment, performance management, reward and recognition, employee engagement, policy development, training,TUPE and restructuring programmes.
You must have excellent knowledge of employment law and solid employee relations experience with an understanding of working in a unionised environment.
You will primarily be working across our network (covering academies in the East Midlands) with an office base in Loughborough.
CIPD qualifications are desirable but not essential.
Salary and Benefits
Circa £40,000pa
