Due to the maternity leave of our HRBP in the Western region there is a opportunity for a full time HR Business Partner to join our team. You will be responsible for working in partnership with Principals, Head Teachers and senior leaders in our academies to ensure HR strategies respond to their changing needs, providing HR advice on complex case work to a group of academies in the   region.  This role will be based within the region the job-holder is responsible for.

CIPD qualified, or equivalent, with proven HR advisory experience, and knowledge of HR policies and procedures and their implementation to include advising on reorganisation and redundancy matters, disciplinary and grievance and other complex matters . You will deliver a high quality customer focused HR service to our academies   Excellent IT skills and the ability to build positive relationships with both internal and external colleagues is essential along with regular visits and travel to academies.
