HR Cluster Manager - Remote working / Office-based within our regional HR Hub, in London (183 Eversholt Street, London NW1 1BU)

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year 

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum

As part of our HR transformation programme, we are seeking to appoint an HR Cluster Manager to manage and develop a proactive, customer-focused and effective HR service for our London cluster of schools. This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of the new HR team. 

This role offers an experienced HR professional, the opportunity to provide and manage a comprehensive HR service to our people, including our Principals/Headteachers, Senior Leaders, Chairs of Governors and other key stakeholders, and to promote best practice across the Trust.

This is a truly hands-on HR position so we are looking for someone who is highly motivated, ideally CIPD qualified (Level 5) or with relevant experience and possesses a strong awareness of operational HR issues.

The successful candidate will be highly skilled and comfortable with all aspects of generalist HR, including employee relations, be confident in employment law and have the ability to embed a strong performance management culture. You will be able to demonstrate strong management skills, possess strong influencing skills, and be confident in the calibre of the advice you give. You will be a proactive, creative individual that is results-driven and who is confident in your ability to build trust and respect with colleagues.

The role will require frequent travel within the cluster area including some travel to other locations across England.
