The Park Community School require a HR Coordinator to work as the first point of contact for HR queries, delegating or redirecting these as necessary and giving advice and signposting where appropriate, ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practice. Key areas will include: recruitment, maintaining employee records, operational HR, liaising with payroll and to ensure safeguarding procedures are robust and secure.
