In this new role you will work as part of the HR Recruitment and Development team and will be involved in the recruitment processes for our new employees along with organising training events and activities including induction, prioritising and processing requests for training and maintaining HR records on our database. You will also contribute to the promotion and marketing of development activities and updating of the HR intranet site.
As a team player with excellent customer service skills you will be able to prioritise your work effectively to ensure deadlines are met. Relevant experience which includes using Microsoft Office and web based systems is required along with the ability to maintain accurate records.
A minimum Level 2 in English and maths (GCSE Grade C or GCSE Grade 4 or equivalent) qualifications are essential along with recent and relevant experience in an office environment.
