HR Manager - Full time (part time considered)

This new post is a crucial part of developing our work and managing our growth.  We have 560 employees, covering all aspects of teaching and support, with the potential for further growth.  This role will be to review and maintain HR policies and procedures and to provide a confidential and effective HR service to staff and senior leaders.

Applicants should have a CIPD qualification, up to date knowledge of ACAS Code of Practice, Strong knowledge f employment law and a knowledge of safeguarding requirements in Academies.
