To support this growth we are making substantial investment into our HR team and we are now looking to appoint a HR Project Manager.


This is an excellent opportunity for a HR practitioner who thrives on project work, and would like the opportunity to take responsibility for leading Trust wide HR projects, within a highly successful, and rapidly expanding national organisation. The role holder will also act as the HR lead on the development of the Trust HR system and work with key stakeholders across the Trust to achieve continuous improvement of Star HR processes.


You will:


  • have an undergraduate degree or equivalent HR experience
  • have experience of successfully leading HR projects across a large complex organisation
  • be able to simplify complex problems into component parts and then create well written proposals which can be practically delivered
  • have practical understanding and experience of key HR processes and practice spanning a wide HR remit
  • have a detailed understanding of HR MIS Systems
  • have experience in data management, analysis and presentation
