As HR Administrator at St Paul’s, you will play a vital role in maintaining high quality recruitment and HR support for this leading girls’ school. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for a broad range of administrative functions including:
· end to end staff recruitment
· maintenance of staff records
· safeguarding checks including DBS applications
· induction processes
You will need prior experience in HR, recruitment or a similar administrative role. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills, great time management and fast and accurate data handling. A flexible, ‘can-do’ approach to managing a busy work schedule is essential. Experience of the education sector is highly desirable and CIPD qualification would be an advantage.
