Ousedale School is a very successful academy; results are consistently good year on year. We currently have a staff of 230, with 95 support staff members. Staff turnover is very small, and over the two campuses, we try to create an environment which has high expectations, combined with a supportive and caring environment for both staff and students. Grade:  OA12 

Salary: £38,764 - £41,915 (2% pay award pending) 

(Actual salary: £32,800 - £35,466)

Hours:  37 hours per week

Contract:  Term time plus 5 days + attendance at 6 Governors’ Personnel Meetings

Base: Newport Pagnell

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding professional to join the Leadership Team and lead the Academy’s HR requirements. You must have significant experience in HR and have held a role of responsibility. Experience of working within a charity or the education sector is desirable but not essential. Graduate and C.I.P.D. qualification is essential. 

The successful candidate will work closely with our senior team on both campuses, providing advice and developing our policies and staff strategy. The post will be based at the Newport Pagnell campus and the HR Manager will have an assistant to support with admin and development work.
