Do you have the drive, passion and commitment to deliver outstanding HR support? 

We are looking to recruit an experienced Human Resources Professional to lead and manage a responsive HR Service.  The HR lead for Watergrove Trust will be responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive HR service for Trust Schools, currently two secondary and three primary settings. 

Watergrove Trust is set to grow and the role of the HR Professional is also set to grow with the Trust. The role will be fully operational and supported by a HR administrator in each secondary setting, whilst also having a strategic focus as directed by the Director of Operations.

The successful candidate will present the best possible example of professional standards to colleagues and pupils.
