We are a boy's school with co-educational Sixth Form. There are currently 1039 pupils on roll; approximately 100 of these are boarders. The Sixth Form has about 368 students of whom just over 90 are girls.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, adaptable, hardworking team player to join a busy department in providing support to the Information Technology Department in managing and delivering all aspects of its work throughout the School.  Duties will include providing first line support and carrying out helpdesk duties, as required and assisting in the installation and configuration of hardware and software on the School computer and network systems.

This is a full-time role, 35 hours per week, plus 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, rising to 25 days after 5 years service.

Haberdashers' Adams (formerly Adams' Grammar School) is a co-ed selective state grammar school in the market town of Newport, Shropshire. Founded in 1656, the School welcomes boys and girls aged 11-18 as day pupils, with boarding for boys.

Entrance to the School is highly competitive. The most common points of entry are via an 11+ examination for Year 7, or following GCSE exam results. Former pupils of the school are known as Old Novaportans.
