Welcome to Shoreditch Park Primary School.

Shoreditch Park is a thriving and high performing school in Hackney. We are looking to recruit an Inclusion Administrator to support our Inclusion and Administration team.

 You will be joining us on an exciting part of our journey to excellence. We have achieved many successes, Rights Respecting School awarded by UNICEF and we are a Flagship School for Excellence for Inclusion (IQM).

Main Duties:

To co-ordinate all administrative functions in order to assist in the smooth running of the school inclusion department and to maintain accurate records and systems in regards to delegated duties.

• Co-ordinate inclusion diary to ensure the department is organised efficiently

• Liaise with the SENCo/Pastoral Manager relating to work to be undertaken.

• Co-ordination of Parent and Community, Counselling and Reflection Room.

• Assist with monitoring the induction of any new member of the team.

• Deputise for the Pastoral Manager in relation to the above duties, in their absence.

• Organise the administration of new admissions and assist the Pastoral Manager in arranging parental interviews and appeals

• Provide administrative support in organising parent meetings and conferences.

• Oversee the general administration of the extended day provision, including allocation of places.

• Maintain the school’s database of pupil SEND records, liaising with SENCo/Pastoral Manager as

• appropriate

• Provide assistance with other information databases during the busiest times of the year.

• Be responsible for keeping accurate minutes of meetings

• Assist the SENCo/Pastoral Manager in all aspects of her/his role, including contacting parents and pupils where necessary liaising with the teacher on outcomes.

• Attend meetings on issues as and when required.

• In liaison SENCo/Pastoral Manager, maintain a confidential filing system.
