Actual Salary £21,878.43 to £24,149.89

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional colleague as an Inclusion Officer - Pastoral and Family Support to support the students and families of our school.  Tupton Hall is an 11-18 mixed comprehensive school striving to become outstanding in the near future. There are 1480 students on roll including 300 in the Sixth Form.   

The successful candidate will:

• Be passionate about supporting young people to help them remove barriers to learning

• Be able to build effective and supportive relationships with students, parents and other agencies in order to secure the best life chances for young people

• Be experienced in working with young people in a secondary school or other relevant setting

• Be organised, proactive and creative in developing successful intervention strategies for vulnerable students
