This is an important post, with the holder reporting directly to the Deputy Head and playing a key role in managing an inclusion space for those students who occasionally struggle to work in the mainstream environment. The role includes managing this facility; ensuring that students continue to have access to the curriculum; addressing their attitude to learning to support reintegration back into classroom.
