Inclusion Support Assistant – Fixed Term 

Work Pattern: 32.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday

Salary Information: £13,974 - £14,698 per annum inclusive of Outer London Weighting, Scale 3

Contract: Fixed term initially until July 2018, but may develop into a permanent position for the right candidate, dependent on funding.

OR

Inclusion Support Assistant – Maternity Cover 

Work Pattern: 26 hours per week; Monday to Thursday

Salary Information: £11,179 - £11,758 per annum inclusive of Outer London Weighting, Scale 3

Contract: Maternity cover until July 2018

Colham Manor Primary School is a welcoming, three form entry primary school in the London Borough of Hillingdon.

At our last OfSTED inspection (December 2015), we were graded as ‘GOOD’ with an ‘OUTSTANDING’ grading for ‘personal development, behaviour and welfare’. OfSTED said, “pupils are eager to learn and considerate to others. Teaching is consistently good and pupils achieve well”.

We are looking to appoint two inclusion support assistants, with responsibility for supporting pupils with additional needs across the school. 

The successful candidate will be allocated specific children to work with, supporting them to access the curriculum and develop positive relationships with peers and adults. The role will require supporting pupils with a wide range of needs, across the primary range, both in the classroom and in small groups outside of the classroom.
