The de Ferrers Trust is a Multi Academy Trust comprising three Secondary Academies and four Primary Academies, currently based in Staffordshire and Derbyshire.
Our vision is to ensure the children and young people in our care have the opportunity to fulfil their potential through achieving highly, regardless of their ability or background. We aim to achieve this vision through:

This is a great opportunity to join an over-subscribed and aspirational academy. The Pingle Academy, part of The de Ferrers Trust, lies at the heart of the National Forest area and provides for students in Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. The successful applicant will work under the direction of senior staff and contribute to developing inclusion approaches in the Academy by addressing the needs of students who need help in overcoming barriers to learning and developing their potential, both inside and outside the classroom.
The position will be 32.5 hours per week, working weeks are term time - 39 weeks.
