The role will entail providing pastoral support to students through the delivery of a tutorial programme, monitoring attendance and behaviour, support students with their academic progress and progression aims. A key focus within the role will be the development of students’ independence and resilience to ensure outstanding student outcomes/positive progression. Overseas travel may be required.
In addition to this the successful candidate will support out International Students and will provide English Skills development through the delivery of English Skills based workshops. Furthermore a key part of the role will be to support and prepare international students to progress onto Higher Education.
