We are seeking an International Administrative Assistant to join our International team based at Chichester College. You will be the first contact point for our International students where you will be assisting in administrative duties and dealing with internal and external customers, including students, both face to face, over the phone and by email.
Other responsibilities include answering enquiries on all aspects of the College International provision and providing support for our International Admissions Advisors.
You will have proven time management, organisational and communication skills. Experience of working flexibly in an administrative role and a customer focused environment is essential as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
