IT Operations Manager

About the role:  Reporting directly into the IT Director, the IT Operations Manager for Leigh Academies Trust oversees a number of key functions within the IT department that enable the delivery of a high quality service to end users, and to ensure Service Support and Service Delivery processes are in place to meet the Trust needs. This position is a stakeholder facing role, and requires that you establish and manage expectations within the Trust and drive the IT team to achieve those expectations to a high standard.  As IT Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading, managing and developing the operations teams including; 1st to 3rd Line Support and Service Delivery Manager, and deliver exemplary service to more than 14,000 users over 16 sites.  This is a great opportunity for an experienced Service Delivery Manager or an Operation Manger with a natural talent for getting the best out of teams and a sound understanding of ITIL and customer service.
