WMC The Camden College is the oldest surviving adult education institute in Europe and was founded in 1854. Our mission is to provide diverse, enriching and enjoyable lifelong learning, including skills for work, in a supportive environment for adults in Camden and the local area. 

We are looking for a full time IT technician, with relevant skills and experience to work within our college across both sites. You will aim to deliver an excellent service that meets the needs of the organisations requirements and fulfils staff and learners’ expectations.

The successful applicant should have strong communication, analytical, technical and problem-solving skills. Previous experience within an IT support environment, where you have supported and implemented hardware, software and Cloud based solutions is essential. The position would suit someone with extensive technical and practical knowledge of Desktop PCs/Laptops, Microsoft Windows & Office applications. You will also have previous experience of Telephone systems, Mobile Phones, Network troubleshooting, Tablets & Apple Macs. 

You must have the ability to prioritise your varied workload and multi task at all times, be a strong team player and the ability to deliver to tight deadlines. This role will involve some shift work to cover evening and Saturday classes.
