If so, you might be just what we are looking for! We want to recruit a Junior Administration Assistant from October 2018. You will join the established Pastoral Team and provide general administrative and secretarial support. Amongst other duties the role will include dealing with student enquiries, organising student lockers, preparing weekly reports and working closely with the pastoral team to provide administrative support for year 6 to 7 transition.
The post is for 37 hours per week working from 8.00am to 4.00pm and is term time + 1 week to include 5 INSET days. The salary for this role is APT & C Points 9 to 12, depending on experience and skills, + fringe (currently £16,755pa to £17,173pa+ £857pa), paid pro-rata for the hours worked. (Actual salary range - £14,248pa to £14,603 + £728pa). Applicants should be educated to post 16 level or above and have a high degree of common sense. Experience of working with young people is desirable but the willingness to undertake suitable training is essential.
