South Hampstead High School, the Independent Girls’ School of the Year 2022, is looking for an exceptional classroom practitioner with Qualified Teacher Status to join our teaching team in the Junior School.

As a Junior School Class Teacher, you will plan and teach challenging, well-organised and stimulating lessons, using a range of teaching strategies and resources to meet pupil’s needs and expectations. You will also work with colleagues to create a positive culture of pupil welfare and behaviour, by playing an active role in pastoral matters.

We are looking for an individual who is experienced in planning and delivering the National Curriculum and willing to go above and beyond to provide the necessary pace and stretch for our bright, motivated girls.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate good, practical ICT skills and the ability to work closely with colleagues.
