Broadlea Primary School is a two-form entry, community school on the southeast coast of the beautiful Isle of Wight. At Broadlea we have high expectations of all pupils and pride ourselves in striving for high attainment within a happy, safe, positive and caring environment.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, dynamic, highly motivated and passionate Key Stage 2 Teacher, to join us on our journey. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a committed staff team and make a real impact on the outcomes of our pupils.

This position is initially fixed term for 2 terms with the strong possibility of a permanent position becoming available. 

As a teacher at Broadlea, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching and learning to all pupils, helping them to achieve the best academic results they can. You will also act as a role model to pupils and strive to inspire a love of learning in all.

We are looking for a Class Teacher who:

· has an excellent understanding of the Key Stage 2 Curriculum and a commitment to ensuring the best possible outcomes for all learners;

· is enthusiastic and has a flexible and creative approach to the wider curriculum;

· is dedicated to raising attainment levels;

· has an excellent understanding of how to use assessment to support better pupil progress and achievement;

· has high expectations and the resolve to make a real difference to the lives of all pupils.
