We are looking for a full or part time Key Stage 4 Leader of Mathematics to join the leadership of our exceptionally successful and well-resourced department with outstanding results at all levels. The successful candidate will be required to teach mathematics across the age and ability range. We seek a proactive and experienced teacher who can contribute to the growth of this important subject area. The successful candidate will be responsible to the Subject Leader of Mathematics for monitoring, evaluating and improving standards of student achievement.

The Piggott School Mathematics Department has:
- progress at KS4 in the top 2% nationally
- 89% grades 9 to 4 for GCSE in 2017
- Strong uptake and high performance at A level with ALPS 3 in 2017
All staff are provided with laptops and tablet devices and have free access to our fitness suite/gym in the evenings and at weekends.
The school is a mixed Church of England Academy with 1440 on roll (311 in Sixth Form), situated near Twyford, between Maidenhead and Reading.
