Founded in 2016, Smart Vision School, is owned and governed by Atticus Education, a Dubai-based education provider, committed to the development and management of Early Childhood, Primary and Secondary Schools. 

We are seeking to recruit an aspiring leader to head our Key Stage One. We are looking for an expert practitioner with exceptional classroom practice and leadership skills. 

The successful applicant will be working under the mentorship of an amazing consultant for remainder of Term One to raise and uphold standards of teaching, learning and assessment across the Key Stage through modeling of outstanding child-initiated, inquiry learning in empowering environments with their own class. The successful candidate will have responsibility for developing and implementing policy, curriculum and monitoring of planning, teaching and learning and assessment practice aligned to school policies. 

l. He/she will report to the Head of Primary.  As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, he/she will work closely with the Head of primary and School Principal in achieving the mission, vision and values of the school.

Requirements:

· Bachelor of Education, B.Ed., or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE and QTS.

· Native-level English Speaker

. At least two years successful middle or senior leadership experience

· Experience teaching the National Curriculum for England, ideally in the UK

· Experience working in a multi-cultural environment with pupils for whom English is not their first language

· A passion for teaching and collaboration 

· A high degree of professionalism and collegiality

· A commitment to extra-curricular activities
