Are you a talented, experienced Phase Leader looking to grow, learn and flourish in a high performing, well supported, growing MAT?

We are seeking to appoint a creative, energetic and enthusiastic Phase Leader in Key Stage 1 to join our hard working and dedicated staff team.

Salfords Primary School is part of a flourishing multi academy trust therefore we can provide extensive career growth and CPD opportunities within both our school and GLF Schools.   

The successful candidate will be prepared to work hard and respond positively to the challenges of day-to-day school life. They will be innovative and creative in their teaching and have a strong belief in teamwork with the ability to work collaboratively to share good practice.

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to take on a leadership role within the school. Therefore, we require a teacher with character, determination and integrity; a leader who actively looks to inspire others and who wants to share and develop ideas with the innovative and values-led leadership teams across our schools.
