At Longthorpe, our vision is to empower children to ‘Learn to Learn’ effectively, simultaneously developing resilience through productive struggle as they become increasingly aware of themselves as learners.  As part of the learning journey they will encounter opportunities to think critically and creatively and collaborate with others. Our children will develop an understanding of the correlation between effort and results, value continual development of themselves and embrace learning that puts them in ‘The Pit’.
