Targeted Provision was created to ensure that young people who are not receiving the support they need from mainstream education, are catered for. In addition, we take the well being and professional development of our tutors very seriously, as we understand that without great tutors, young people cannot receive the tuition they need.
It is a strict requirement that you have the ability to work in a way that promotes the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.
This position involves tutoring in a self-employed capacity to provide short-term engagements as and when they arise. We do not offer any set amount of work nor expenses coverage and we advise you, as a subcontractor, hold public liability insurance. However, working with Targeted Provision allows you to maintain full control of your own schedule as a self-employed tutor. A new contract will be provided for each new service you provide, we offer you the opportunity for flexible working, and there will be no obligation placed upon you to accept work we offer you.
Working with Targeted Provision means you maintain ownership over how to best structure and deliver your sessions, a service for which you invoice us on an ongoing basis as they are delivered.
We look forward to receiving your CV, outlining your relevant skills and experience that can help make a difference.
