Norfolk County Council is seeking an accomplished leader and education professional to shape the educational landscape in Norfolk. Working with a team of advisers, senior advisers and managers you will develop collaboration between schools and providers that result in improved outcomes for children and young people, especially those more vulnerable.
The role provides a unique professional challenge to:
- Lead on changes to the architecture or our educational landscape
- Manage a team of senior advisers and managers with operational responsibilities for core LA functions
- Develop effective partnerships that facilitate school led improvement
- Oversee a wide-ranging brief from academy conversion to transport policy
